Privacy policy
Cập nhật: 26 October 2026
xleaders.net (“we”) is operated by LeaderUp. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it and the rights you have.
1. What we collect
- Data you give us when you subscribe to the newsletter, join a waitlist or request a tool: your email address, first name (optional), the type of sign-up and the page you signed up on.
- Technical data: basic logs kept by our hosting provider (IP address, browser type) to prevent spam and keep the site secure.
We do not use advertising pixels or analytics trackers on this site at the moment. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
2. Why we use it
- To send the newsletter, tools and program announcements you asked for.
- To tell you about programs that match what you signed up for.
Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who processes it
Only the service providers needed to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Supabase (sign-up storage). When programs open for sale, payments are handled by our payment partner acting as merchant of record, under its own privacy policy.
4. How long we keep it
As long as you stay subscribed, or up to 36 months after your last interaction. After that it is deleted or anonymised.
5. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
6. Contact
